Data missing in SLR

Hi Experts,

In my solution manager, SLR is not showing last month's data specially for KPI.

EWA's are generating correctly with all the data but SLR is not reflecting the same.

Any one have any ide, why it is happening so?

Hi Matra,

I tried the same but still data for KPI (for last month - July) is missing in all the systems. Rest of the data is coming in SLR.

Let me know other possible reasons/answers.

Hi Vinit,

Please try reprocessing the SLR session once again. Maybe the SLR was executed when the last EWA data was not ready yet. You can do the following steps:

1. Execute Transaction: DSA

2. Choose session number (shown in the fist page of hte report of positioning the mouse over the session icon in DSWP Operations Area)

3. On the next screen, click the session on the left panel

4. Right-Click Service Level Reporting on the right panel

5. From the context menu, chose Session Components -> Reset

6. Afterwards, click again on Service Level Reporting, enter EN as session language and wait until the session is processed

again.

Once the session is processed again, please open it from DSWP Operation Area and check if the SLR is still empty.
