Basis Message has not been created

Hi everybody,

yesterday I defined a customer transaction type ZLFN. The message is created (when using TA notif_create) but I get the Message: Basis Message has not been created. When creating a support message whith transaction type SLFN I don´t geht this message. The support message is created successfully.

Any ideas what could solve the problem?

Hi Bjoern,

Did you create your action profile by copy for the ZLFN transaction type ? Perhaps you missed the action SLFN0001_ADVANCED_UPDATE_DNO that creates/updates the notification when creating a ZLFN...

did you plan your action execution in SPPFCADM --> Condition configuration ??

Yes of course, otherwise you can't expect your actions to be executed. Look at the standard action profile SLFN0001_ADVANCED.
