Hello Experts:

Please help:

Inspection lots are cancelled on a frequent basis.

I use ZQM_INLOT_CYCLE

to look at inspection lots without a UD.

We identified if a cancelled lot occurs that because it does not have a UD it shows up under u201CMaterials without a UDu201D in the ZQM_INLOT_CYCLE.

Can you tell me why? A cancelled lot has no execution and/or UD.....

Floyd

Hi,

Check inspection lot status in QA33,

In your case run T Code QAC3 to click on detailed info and status display.

Check also mtrl documents movements happened for this lot

Its really very confusing...to understand what you actually wants.

What logic you have build ...are you accessing the tables JEST etc for inspection lot?

I'll clarify

the Tx code brings up history, with, among other info, cancelled lots. A cancelled lot has no UD.

As such it should not be shown as a lot W/O UD if I click on "lots W/O UD". Instead I'''m seeing lots cancelled..... as being W/O UD. Take away the cancelled lots 100 lots is reduced to 20....

How can it be changed to fix this or is this an enhancement or reconfig???

Floyd.

Follow this:

1. In QA03, cancel Lot will have status LTCA

2. Go to BS42. Make a new status profile for inspection lot status filtering.

3. Click on status selection schema --> selection condition

4. In first st. prof column, put QM_L_001, corresponding status field put LTCA. tick the check box "NOT".

5. ave

In QA33/ your custom report, assign this status profile. LTCA lots will be filtered off.
