SLM Happniess check failed last step

Hello,

We are trying to develop SLM functionality for our systems.

We have correctly installed SLM in our systems. There are 6 happiness checks of which 5 are passed and 1 is failing.

Checks Details

Description Result

Check Mail settings PASSED

Check Java User on local Engine. PASSED

Check Proxy settings for download PASSED

Check Proxy settings for web services PASSED

Check SMP user and SP web service PASSED

Check OS User and SAP Control FAILED

Below is the error which we are getting :

Kindly suggest, what is getting wrong?

We have already installed SLC, is there a problem in it. How can we check if it is working fine?

Hi Shobhit,

Have you checked the sapcontrol and the SLM configuration.

Check if there is a wrong port for sapcontrol configured in SLM configuratrion.

The correct ones are 51013 for http and 51014 for https.

Also check if the proxy authentication if checked. If so then ensure user and password for the proxy are specified.

Hi Paul,

I have installed SLM and I have downloaded latest SLC on the server, uncarred it and created new directory as SDT..there I uncarred SLC . These steps were already mentioned in SLM installation guide(SPS 18).

Is there any way , I can check if SLC is correctly installed.

Can you map me to any specific settings which I need to maintain in tcode - /n/tmwflow/mopzcfg.

There is the optional settings tab there in that t-code which is left balnk, as I m not sure what I need to enter in.
