No entry in maintenance view "V_AIINSNRS" for mine installation number

Hello everybody,

There is no entry in maintenance view "V_AIINSNRS" for mine installation number. But I can see there 2 other systems. When does inst.number transfer to V_AIINSNRS?

Take a look on notes these notes:

1180198 Incorrect customer number in V_AIINSNRS

1139740 No system found for customer number

1371490 Installation numbers are missing in V_AIINSNRS

1247665 Assignment of deleted customer number to an installation

1330281 Customer number of an installation number is deleted

Hello,

I can't refresh data in the table AIINSTALLATIONS. In my opinion it is because I haven't authorization for maintain data at SAP Support portal. But I am not sure.

Hi Yuriy,

Have you tired to following:

1- Go in IMG (Transaction SPRO) and Click on "SAP Reference IMG"

2- Then, select "Maintain SAP Custumer Numbers" under "SAP Solution Manager --> Basic Settings --> Connection to SAP"

3- In the new opend window, double clcik on "Generate SAP Customer Number"

4- The RFC Destination should be "SAP-OSS" and execute.

The result should fill the view "V_AISAPCUSTNOS" and the next refresh job will update table "V_AIINSNRS".

Hi Karl,

I've done these steps, however I don't see number of my s-user (customer number) in V_AISAPCUSTNOS

(In AISUSER I owned s-user to me).

Then I added record in V_AISAPCUSTNOS manually:

CUST NO. | NAME | GEN ALL | No RFC| Processor(?) | Link | Solution

1234567 | empty | empty | empty| 1234567 | VAR | № of my solution

Here 1234567 - last digits of my s-user.

Sheduling the job AI_SC_REFRESH_READ_ONLY_DATA I've got in the job log:

System headers will be generated in SMSY from SAP Support Portal

No systems found to generate

The following error messages have been returned by SAP Support Portal:

License data for customer number can or need not be collected

The following error messages have been returned by SAP Support Portal:

License data collection errors (customer number: 678087)

And in view V_AIINSNRS I see my installation number corresponds customer number 678087 (I don't know where is it from).

Hello, Tiego.

Thank you for quick answer. However I use Solution Manager 7.0 SP 22, so these notes are not actual for our SM. I seem the reason is that background job REFRESH_ADMIN_DATA_FROM_SUPPORT is sheduled under user without authorization for system data maintenance in the SAP Support Portal.

Hello,

The table AIINSTALLATIONS will be updated with the report REFRESH_ADMIN_DATA_FROM_SUPPORT. Use transaction SM37 to schedule the background job REFRESH_ADMIN_DATA_FROM_SUPPORT with a user that is not used to log on to the Solution Manager. For this user, an S-user must be maintained in the AISUSER table for each customer number.
