Notification Co ordinator & Task Processor

Hi,

In our system, It is possible to assign expired user ids as notification co ordinators & task processors in Q notifications, whose validity period is overdue(in SU01). This is not desirable, as notifications & tasks are left unattended.

This seems like a standard SAP error. Are there any controls available OR any OSS notes available to correct this problem?

I am not very sure about whether the OSS will be available for same problem in same Forum ( as it seems to be more of BASIS issue),but there is certainly a User Exit that can be used

Logic should be ,it must check all Partner functions with proper valid date.
