ABAP proxy : business system

Hi

Have a soap to proxy sync scneario

will define a Business service for soap since it can be considered abstract

and a Business system for ABAP proxy since it is R/3 related or I can still create a Business service for proxy ?

what kind of business system should proxy be ? web AS ABAP or a Third party.
