Iam facing the problem in IDOC Item: 002 - goods/service number 10316782 not entered plz some one help me.

This b'coz GL Acc could not be determined from the invoice specifications for the specific item. The goods/service number via which the GL Acc is determined is not entered in the financial accounting customizing. The goods service no is taken from the intermediate document type field

So, maintain the missing goods / service number and GL Acc to be posted with in financial accounting.

Note: determination of the gl account via configuration can be replaced by a so called customer function. if this is the case in your system, the error message means that determination of the GL Acct via the customer function was unsuccessful.

Please can you guide me where I can find this GL determination via Goods service number?

I am unable to find this goods services/ GL Mapping . and what is the customer function and what is the Tcode to find that
