'Set Style Fail' error in M/AMC Editor

Hi,

we are working in classifieds section (M/AMC). We have configured appropriate styles, panels, fonts. But while creating the classifieds ad order for a particular BU/CC, we get 'Set Style Failed' error when we switch to M/AMC Editor.

The correct 'Style' and 'Template' gets available for that panel group but the Font for that Style is deactivated due to this error.

Plz let me know if you have any idea. Thanks in advance.

Hi,

we have the same problem. In our case, it was a deleted object after we create the Style or Template. The object can be a Font or a border or a paragraph an so on.

In a second case the default paragraph of a Text- or Imageblock was not set.

Only at the creation of the Style or the Template XML the mamc server checks whether the elements are available. If you delete a element and you load a style or template the error message: set style fail displays.
