User facing probleam when download report data

Hi,

I developed a z report .and it working fine and donload the data also perfectly but user raised a probleam when they download.

''When obtaining the data for one customer , everything is ok, because the lenght of the file although long can be downloaded in an

spreadsheet but however when I have to download all the market (all thecustomers) is almost impossible I´d like to have a way to summarize, I mean, when I reduce the fields in the"change of Layout", I´d like that these fields do not come with all the information

that usually comes when I display all the fields, I´d like a kind of

summarize

not the complete breakdown.''

can some body help me reg. this issue I developed a normal alv report .
