NWDI not running properly

Hello All,

In our server NWDI is installed but not running properly.

We can not access http://<hostname>:<port>/devinf

It gives below mentioned error:

Application cannot be started.

Details: com.sap.engine.services.deploy.container.ExceptionInfo: Application sap.com/tc_SLdiindex cannot be started. Reason: it has hard reference to resource tc_SLCMS~PCS with type application, which is not active on the server.

Please help.

Hi Sudip,

Please start this service tc_SLCMS~PCS in Visual Admin.

Below is the location of this service.

Visual admin --> server --->services ---> Web container ---> sap.com/tc_SLCMS~PCS.

Thank you Manje.

We are able to locate the Web Container service. But sap.com/tc_SLCMS~PCS component is not running. This component cannot be enabled individually.

We restarted the Web Container service. But the still no result.

Can you please help us in this regard. How can we make it enabled.

Hi Sudip,

If any, you'd need to restart the CMS from Server - Deploy - EJBContainer.
