ServiceDesk can't send message to SAP

Hello Everyone,

I am working with SolMan 7.0 and my aim is customizing sending messages to SAP BackBone. While creating a message in NOTIF_CREATE I get "Mesage xxxxxxxx successfully created" but its status is "New" not expected "Sent to ...". In the message on the tab "Partners" I see SolMan defined BP with functions 0000001, SLFN0001,SLFN0002, SLFN0003. On the tab "Actions" I see red stoplight: "Find support team responsible, when message is created". In the window Display Container Instance I see:

Expression | Values

Rule AC13200137

Partner_FCT SLFN0003

Also I see in logs:

Processing CRM_DNO_Partner_1 is started - green stoplight

Action could not be successfully executed - red stoplight.

Can anybody help me, please?

Hi,

Are you facing problem while sending message to SAP??!

You have not mentioned the error details about that particular action!

You have mentioned

I get "Mesage xxxxxxxx successfully created" but its status is "New" not expected "Sent to ...".

The status of a newly created message will obviously be "New"

Elaborate on your problem/requirement.

Feel free to revert back.
