SRm7.0: Report /SAPSRM/OFFLINEAPPROVALSEND awaits min. number of workitems

Hi all,

We have upgraded to SRM 7.0 and have requirement for offline approval of the shopping carts. We have scheduled the program /SAPSRM/OFFLINEAPPROVALSEND to send the workitems to the approvers.

Interestingly the emails are generated only when a min number (for ex. min 5) of Workitems are awaiting approval. Is this the standard behaviour of the report or can it be configured?

Our client would like to send the emails for every workitem independently and immediately with out waiting for more workitems. Any idea?

Hello Paparao,

Is the workitem minimum number for one user ? Or is it independent from workitem onwer ?

Is behavior the same for options "One E-mail per Work Item" and "One E-mail per User" ?

I advise you also to implement all OSS note for report /SAPSRM/OFFLINEAPPROVALSEND.
