Waste basket to be activated

I have attached "deleted Item" iview to the user. The deleted file is not displayed and an error message pops up as below

"Either the wastebasket service is not active for any repositories or you have not deleted any items since it was activated "

How do I activate the wastebasket service?

I included the wastebasket service to the CM repository as per your reply.

I uploaded a file now and delted immediately. Checked the delete item iview and the message still persists.

Hi,

You activated the waste basket service for the required respository manager? Also you need to take a restart of your J2EE to effect the changes. Please refer:
