Costing Sheet at Network and Activity

Hi,

We are using activity assigned network and hence the cost is calculated at the activity level. The plan overhead are calculated automatically at the activity level based on the costing sheet.

One thing i have observed is that we can maintain different costing sheet at network and activity level. What is the logic for these 2 costing sheets.

Netwrok level will be inherited by the activity which you created under that network. And for some activity if you requried seperate overhead than you cna use diff. for that activity.

Can you please share some scenarios where the header assigned networks are used frequently?

SAP standard funcationaliy wise Header asigned are used normally in Assembly processing one of the scenario where you don't use WBS in Project struture. Apart from that where you don't want segragation of cost there also you can use header assgned network. You can also check in fourm.
