Problem with Receive Emal In SAP Inbox

Hello Experts,

I am using Merak Mail Server( SMTP-compatible) for outgoing mail from sap. i able to send a mail to any ids ( Gmail...Yahoo...Internal SAP).

When i reply from my gmail or yahoo i receive mail in my ms-outlook but unable to receive mail in sap inbox (SBWP)

Is my Merak server is support to receiving mail?.... If yes than please guide me for receiving mail configuration..

OR should i configure Exchange server? ......for receiving mail in my sap inbox

[ i made my configuration as per " sapnote : 455140 " ]

Is your system configured to receive mails?

Configuring SAP to receive e-mails is a completely different animal.

Rather than this note i am not configure any thing to my system.

Hi,

we followed every step from the blog.....

The first method 'IF_INBOUND_EXIT_BCS~CREATE_INSTANCE' is getting triggered.

IF_INBOUND_EXIT_BCS~PROCESS_INBOUND is not triggered
