Budget availability control

Hello all,

Now our client wants that Budget availablitiy control should be on the basic value of the PO, that is the taxes and excise should not be included while budget check.

Per me in SAP The budget availablility control is on the total value of the PO. ( is this a correct statment ?)

How do we achive our client requirment of checking the budget at basic value.

Exempt the cost elements related to excise and tax from the budget check, this can be acheived through configuration.

But before raising the query in forum, please do search you'll find them more beneficial.

Hi,

Tax Accounts will be Balance sheet accounts and generally will not have Cost Elements. But there is an option to create Statistical cost elements to Balance sheet accounts too. Consult your FI CO Consultant regarding this.
