Can we create a CSN ticket from java application ??

I just wanted to know if there is a way of creating CSN ticket from Java Application.

If any one is aware of any way to do that, kindly let me know.

Hi Pradyut,

Actually we are working on a internal project.

We need the functionality to create CSN ticket from Java application.

Also we should be able to make the ticket assignment to the user from the application itself.
