Table for Sub Equipment Number from Equipment Master

Hi All,

I want to fetch sub equipment number, description and its object type from equipment master. But i am not able to find any table for that. Kindly guide me on this.

Pass the superior equipment into EQUZ-HEQUI and get EQUNR.
