Remainder Mails

Hi,

We have configured the Service Desk, is it possible to send remainder mails to the respective user/message processor if no actions has been taken on a call for say <n> days.

Hello Sumi,

please take a look to custo done in transaction SPPFCADM (action & condition & especially start condition) for action 'Send reminder Mail' of action profile ACTIVITY (nb 1 in the list)

NB: you ll notice that in action definition, processing time is set to Processing using selection report and that in start condition, there is a time calculation (&Current Date + Time&)
