Incident Management Configuration Guide

Hi

Can anybody advise where I can find the Incident Management Configuration Guide. The saphelp indicates the following

Prerequisites

Incident Management is configured for the Solution Manager using the configuration guide.

I looked in the installation guide in market place, nothing in pdf's in installation,operation, or configuration guide

Can you please advise
