Hi Gurus,

I have a B2B scenario including our ECC system @ intranet and the target system @Internet, but unfortunately our PI server is not permitted to connect to the internet so it can not reach the target system, now I have to ask our network support to enable the PI server to communicate with internet via some specific port ,so the problem is:

which port number should i provide to the network support ?, the adapter type we use for this scenario is JDBC

i know there are many port definition in the ExchangeProfile settings,

for example:

com.sap.aii.connect.directory.mshttpport --> 8101

but i am not sure which port i should use.

pls advise

thanks in advance

1. you should ideally make PI accessible to the JDBC servers port (you will get this port from the connection parameters)

2. Open the http port for PI - You will get this in SICF -> goto -> services
