Format of simple types in WebDynpro

Hi everybody,

we have a problem regarding to the correct display of custom simple types in a WebDynpro view.

In my case I reference some types out of a Dictionary DC to WebDynpro, but all the format patterns I've defined there are ignored (max. length, fraction digits, etc.).

The Dictionary DC is established as a used DC.

When I put the types directly inside the WebDynpro-Project everything works fine!?

Do I have to use some WebDynpro references (Sharing references, Library references, ...)?

We're currently using SP14 NW'04

Have you deployed the Dictionary DC as well into the J2EE?

Hi Anrun,

of course, I have deployed the Dictionary DC.

Otherwise I would probably got some runtime errors.
