Inquiry: SRM 7.0 Documents Authorization Control Logic

Dear experts,

We'd like to consult on a SRM 7.0 document authorization control logic question:

In general document list, such as RFx, contract docs display and edit, the authorization control logic is not from srm org plan but srm pfcg profile org data. Right?

We want to confirm with you whether the srm org plan cannot control the doc List display/edit. If not, why? Is it the

SRM design logic?

We test in SRM 7.0 and found SC docs is controled by requestor, It means user A can only see the scs which was created by user A

RFx and contract is controlled by SRM tcode:pfcg, the profile we should assign the org data, such as pur org and pur group.

is it the standard control logic? Is it possible to control rfx and contract docs by SRM org plan(ppoma_bbp) not controlled by profile setting(PFCG)?

Which activity are you talking about? I don't think Org. Plan has these options.

01 Create or generate

02 Change

03 Display

04 Print, edit messages

06 Delete

33 Read

C4 Close Out

C5 Reopen

G7 Reverse

Activity 01, 02, 03, 04, 06, 33, C4, C5

Business Transaction Type *

Responsible Purchasing Group *

Responsible Purchasing Organiz *

You can set value for Purchasing Group and Purchasing Organization ID which are maintained in Org.Plan.
