Unable to add new segment to an existing group in KONK

All,

I'm working with our FI-CO on configuration work regarding new Number Range for Orders (KONK). Her profile contains all activity-code access for authorization object S_NUMBER, for object AUFTRAG.

However, when she goes into KONK --> change mode for interval, she can create a new group but she cannot add/modify a new segment for an existing group.

Are there other security objects involve to grant her this kind of access?

Hi Can you verify,

if you have the following activities for

Activity 02, 03, 11, 13, 17.

Also when the user fails, can you get Su53 details?

I have observed that if one user is making changes the other user will have display access only

make sure to have only one user/session in change mode for the transaction KONK
