The purpose of this program is to redetermine the credit basis and accordingly rebuilt the credit values and infostructures accordingly so that the irregularities in credit value update will be rectified.
In order to execute this report
1. Ensure that all the credit mngt related configurations at Static/Dynamic credit control level, item category level, document type level is configured properly. Based on the available configuration only, the program will reconstitute the index.
2. Ensure that the masterdata relevant for all valid customers are maintained.
3. When you are running the report, test run it with some few documents, verify them and then run it for the complete set of documents.
4. As it is reconstituting the data in various tables, the program will take lot of time, based on the number of documents, the nature of data available and so on. So do some test run and arrive at the time required for running the report on the entire set. For this you should also know the documents which are going to be affected by this run. So you have to analyse little bit before running this program.
5. After all these precautions, run this during the lean hours of business, preferably during the weekends. Before that test run with few documents and confirm your results.
