Restrict Porg and Pgroup

Hi All,

Ours is Classic scenario.

SRM 5.0

Query: If an end user clicks monitor sc in the SRM browser, one will be able to view all the purchasing organizations and purchasing groups.Now functionality is to restrict the Porgs and Pgroups according to the user assigned to org structure.(Country).This means user should be able to view the respective PORG and Pgroup concerned to his country only.

Do we have any FM or BADI to get the data.

We have given this monitoring access to the specific users only not for all.

Kindly provide a solution.

Hi Naveen,

You may use the method BEFORE_LIST_SCREEN in the Badi BBP_MON_SC to restrict the shopping cart monitor result list. SPRO path is Supplier Relationship Management >SRM server >Business Add-Ins (BAdI) > Shopping Carts and Requirement Items > Monitor Shopping Cart: Selection and List Display

Assuming that you are checking the authorizations for Pur Org and Pur grp, based on backend values assigned to the user, you may get the purchase group / purchase organization using this function module SUSR_USER_AUTH_FOR_OBJ_GET based on the authorization objects for Pur Org and Pur grps. So, once you get these values, based on this criteria, you can restrict your result in the monitor transaction.
