How to enable / display the hidden queries in the POWL screen

Hi,

I need some help in SRM 7.0.

There are some queries(both standard and our own defined) in the POWL screen. Unfortunately, I've wrongly clicked on Hide group of UI elements"Active Queries" from user settings. Since then, I could not able to see the active queries for my user id where as for the other users these active queries are appearing.

So, can spme please help me getting back those hidden active active queies in the POWL screen.

You can delete any personalization you made using SICF in the backend

sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/wd_analyze_config_user

Hi Masa,

Thank you for the update.

Yes , thats what I though before I clicked on Hide UI elements but I dont see any thing like restore ...something on my screen.

Pelase see the steps that I did to recreate the issue.

1.On POWL screen, right mouse click User settings-->Hide group of UI elements Active queries.

2. Then you will the screen without active queries but one already opened query like All SC for last 7 days

3. On POWL screen, right mouse click User settings-->Hide group of UI elements "Shopping carts ..All.

After this step, the entire screen is blank.

Th error message that I see is "Message no. POWL016" Query 'All SC for last 7 days' is already open in another session.

I see the below info in that error message.

Message no. POWL016

Diagnosis

1.) another window is opened containing this worklist query .

2.) previous abnormal program termination

Procedure

1.) close other window and reload worklist iView via iView tray menu.

2.) log off from Portal and log on again

The question is how to reload the worklist iview via iview tray menu?

Can I have the steps please?

Hi Venkat,

If you want to restore the UI elements you can get them just by right click- user settings - invisible screen elements - you can see the hidden screen elements - choose and restore them

If you want to get rid of the error 'Query already open in another session' . just go into the relavant web dynpro configurator and in the configuration settings select 'allowShadowing'.

These options should work with you. Give them a try.
