ServicesRegistrySi Port does not exist

Hello PI community,

I have a PI 7.11 system, in which the ServicesRegistrySi port dos not exist (SAP NetWeaver Administrator -> SOA Management -> Application and Scenario Communication-> Single Service Administration -> Tab Consumer Proxies (Consumer-Proxies) -> Entry ServicesRegistrySi.

All the notes I have found (*1) and SAP Help (http://help.sap. com/saphelp_nwpi711/helpdata/en/47/d391d7b8fc3c83e10000000a42189c/content.htm ) explain how to adjust/correct an existing ServicesRegistrySI port, but not how to create one.

Did anyone had this problem that the port was not available at all?

Go to http://<host>:<port>/nwa -> Configuration -> Scenarios -> Configuration Wizard

complete following task:

1) Connection Configuration to Central Services Registry

2) Registering Services Registry instance in SLD

3) Services Registry Destination Template Creation

Hi Nikhil,

strange - I don't have this task in the config wizard. My LM software components version for LM-TOOLS and LMNWATOOLS is: 7.11.3.0.20090708100200. Could you check what version is yours?

Hi Krist,

In 7.11, I found following tast related to PI.

1) Configuration of ESR on CE

2) Services Registry Destination Template Creation

3) Initial setup of functional unit SLD

4) PI SLD self registration template

complete tasks which have status: 'initial'

Hi Nikhil,

thanks for looking it up. I have only the 3rd and 4rth (called "PI SLD Self Registration"). Is your system higher than 7.11 SP3 - specially the software components LM-TOOLS and LMNWATOOLS (/nwa/sysinfo -> compontents info -> software components -> name column)?
