MDE is using in our warehouse, and is there any chance to add a pushbutton on MDE(RF), and when i click this button, TO label can be print out?

I think you need to write a custom code for your pushbutton and create the new custom RF transaction for one of your RF transaction(Where you want to print) to print the TO.
