Hi all ,
When i m using VA01 transaction the field Document type, sales org., distri, div are coming grey with some data ZSO, 100,10,11 i m not able to change, what would be the issue please guide..

check whether any transaction variant has been created and activated for the same. You can check this in SHD0 or SHDS.
