Customer attribute customizing: translation of field label not transferred

In customer master data / additional data I tried to customize 6 out of the available reserve attributes (program SAPLV02Z, screen 0100). I could enter the field labels in english (standard) and german (tranlsation), but when the TR was moved from the test system to the next environment, only the english texts were adjusted. I tried a pseudo-change using log-on language DE with the same result, only the english field labels are available in the target system.

you have made the changes to MDM or SAP, could you provide us more details

full path for customizing:

Transaction CMOD -> Go To -> text enhancements -> keywords -> change

language 1) EN 2) DE

Data elements: KATR1, KDKG1, KDKG2, KDKG3, KDKG4, KDKG5

transport to next environment:

entry spras table TVK1 changed from D to E
