Hi
I have some doubts regarding monitoring using SXMB_MONI
I see different steps in the " Display XML Message versions screen " I want to know which step exactly to be chosen.
I think I need to select Trace under Response to find what exactly the error is. So if its a mapping error, I need to check mapping and where should I check if the source has not even picked up the file ? Under receiver identification or interface determination ?
Can I chek in MONI, the payload after mapping and see if values are populated ? If so where ?
Regards
Hi Ajith,
What kind of scenario it is??if source data not picking up means you have to check you sender communication channel,and monitor it in Component Monitoring-->Adapter Engine>Communication channel motoing.see the status of your communication channel.
If you are working on client abap proxies, they check in SAP ECC Moni after executing your proxy program
Can I chek in MONI, the payload after mapping and see if values are populated ? If so where ?
Yes you can check pipeline step in SXMB_MONI after request message mapping step,it will show the mapping output pay load.
Regards,
Raj

Hello ,
where your are monitoring your message, in PI SXMB_MONI?
if the message is successful then , u can see a checked flag, if red then some errors are there.
to see if the incoming message is prope or not
click->
Receiver Grouping ( CENTRAL )->Payloads ->PayloadName ( text/xml )
by looking at the message u can understand if data correct/wrong data has been picked up by PI
to see the error if any
click on Request Message Mapping ->SOAP Header ->Error
