returnable service material

Hi,

If a returnable service material is at customer side.But after complition of aggrement of period business does not bring that material & does not charge also.Please give me the solution how to do that.Is there any rules for termonation?

For returnble service item- Which type of agreement you used-

you mentioned it was not yet billed also.

Then in caseof termination of agreement - are you not charging?

after doing service po for service material , once servicing is over service vendor uses some materials while servicing. so now we have to pay material cost and vat on that material .
