What could be the problem - wrong packages ?
Thanks for any help,

Hi Dirrkos,
before ABAP can be imported, the database must be up and running. SAPAPPLO.log says that this is not the case!
This can be a timing problem and you could try to restart the installation process choosing the option "continue with old installation". If this does not help, start a new installation. A working DB installation is a prerequisite and your installation fails at a very early stage, so a new installation might be the best solution anyway.
Cheers Markus
P.S. MS Loopback is not needed at this early stage. You need it to connect to the Application Server via SAP GUI

Hi Nagarju,
Can you please let me know how to reprocess the failed monitor jobs during Import ABAP phase as i am performing the import of data as part of system copy.
But i have not got any errors as the import process is running fine but there are few jobs which are showing as failed.Hence how can i reprocess these failed jobs again.
Regards,
Dheeraj
