Formula MIC - Not Working properly

Dear Experts

I have created 10 MIC (Quantitive)

In which First 9 MIC is open for manual entry

Last 10th MIC is created with Formula (Sum of 1st to 9th MIC)

Now I am facing problem,

1. If i am entering value for all 9 open MIC then last 10th mic is updated automatically (sum of 1st to 9th mic)

2. if i am leaving blank any ony of them (1st to 9th mic), last 10th mic is not update.

Please check the MIC error log.

Actually this is SAP default that even if any of the MIC's RR is incomplete then results will not bee transferred to the dependent mic.All MIC must be completed & valuated.
