How to send a mail of sale documents through SAP?

Hi,

Your Output determination works by Condition Technique.

1. Go to T.code: NACE and select V1- Sales

2. Then assign the smartform program created to your output type (MAIL)

3. You can maintain Condition record for the same in T.Code: VV11 for automatic output control.

In your output determination, use

Program: RVADOR01

Form Routine: ENTRY

Form: RVORDER01

Maintain the communication strategy in the condition records and email address in the customer master.. general data... the output.

If required , maintain a relevant requirement routine attached to the access sequence for the output type

as for triggering the communication automatically, the system may check for the requirement routine...

When you create the condition record by using Tcode VV11.

There will be an option of choosing the Date/Time. the value for it comes default from the output type control data. here you can change the default value.

Choose the Date/Time as " 4 - Send Immediately ( When Saving the application)" .

Tcode can be used

- NACE

- NACT

- NACX

- NACZ
