when i try to create TO system pick all the quantity from the bin but the reuired quantity apear in the destination field and the reat of the quantity appear in the backsp. field in and the bin are the same like source bin
how can i remove this

check your customizing of storage type, you ´might have a tick for "Full stck rmvl act." activated.
