Mass Import of PDF Document

I have PDF documentsfor each product that needs to be enriched.

I wanted to know like if there is any utility or how to perform mass upload.

Expected no of products and PDF is something like 60,000

Hi Sudha,

You can use data manager to upload 1000-2000 pdf at one time.

1. Issue Add Record command from an object table

2.select the data group

3. select the language layer

4. select the option folder that contain yr files

5. select either SAVE or LINK into repository

6. press ok

It will upload pdf files into object table.

to do mass link to yr products use import manager inwhich you specify the product key field and a field that contain names

of pdf files that you upload .the import manager automatically link the files with record on import action.

Please try this if feasible.
