Service Desk - Time Recording

Hello,

I am working in establishing new functionality of Time Recording for Service Desk tickets. I have stack 24 already applied in Solution Manager system

I have gone through the customizing but it seems that I missing some steps:

1. If I go to the incident workcenter for a ticket, and go to the Time Record tab, I cannot find the ADD new record time.

2. If I go to the CRMD_ORDER and I found no Record Time tab at all.

I am missing some customizing, is there any BC Sets for this?

I appreciate any comments, a how-to guide, etc.?

Hi Esteban-

The setup activities are documented step-by-step in the Time Recording section in the IMG. You will find the configuration details there.

Hello SolManiac,

I have done all the 3 items in the customizing. That customizing refers to tables of type of productis and reminders. However the problem is that I don't see the Time Recording tab at all. Is there any badi I need to activate?

As far as I know the Time Recording tab is available within the Incident Managment workcenter. Time Recording can occur within the GUI via a manual call or the reminder action.
