Hi Experts,
I am new to Solman.
I need to retrieve the previous statuses of tickets received by particular person and the date of status change.
Kindly help me to get these details.
Which table has the previous status of the tickets?
And does 0CRM_SRV_PROCESS_H datasource extract these details anywhere? I couldnt find the details.

You should have a look at table CRM_JCDS. It contains part of the change documents for user statuses.

If you are particularly looking for the table information, I may need to check the system. But you can get the information that you are looking from the ticket itself. Open the required message, go to Extras--Change Documents.
