Customer Field in Shopping Cart- set value screen (SRM 7.0)

Hi Exports,

In Shop screen, under Set value sub-screen I canu2019t able to see my customer fields..

Following what I did but donu2019t workout..

u2022 Made an entry in metadata (SC Item) configuration for my customer field..

u2022 Visible and enabled check box is checked..

By above configuration I am able to see the customer fields in SC Item screen but not in set value screen..

Any help is appreciated..

Hi Siva,

Please check what value you populated for u201CTransaction Typeu201D

If you left it blank, Please select u201CSHCu201D (Shopping Cart)..

This should solve your problem..

Thanks for quick response..

Your assumption id correct I left Transaction Type blank..

Now I can see the customer fields after I followed your instruction..

Issue resolved..
