QUT SAP Host Server Connection

Hi,

After a university has become a member to the SAP UAP & UCC, what are the procedures so they can connect to the data sets they have selected?

Where can thay get the SAP GUI and setup connections for the SAP data sets?

Who will give them the faculty user accounts for the SAP data sets?

How many SAP User IDs are allotted per university?

Are there any other information to prepare to have them connected?

Chris,

Your SAP University Alliances contact will connect you with colleagues at QUT to get your campus signed up for hosting after the licensing has been wrapped up. The folks at QUT will make sure that faculty know how to request datasets and connect to them. They will also make sure you have access to the GUI files that need to be installed locally. QThe UT team will make sure you're aware of and comfortable with everything you need in terms of user IDs and other things you need to begin.
