Hello,
I could not find a download link for the multithreaded SAPHTTP.EXE.
We have SAP ERP Central Component 5.0 with Basis 640 Patch 24 and SAP GUI 7.10 Patch 15.

As far as I can see you just need to download the latest SAPHTTP.exe from SAP Marketplace and enable the parameters.
