Availabity of the material

Dear All,

We have created a new plant and trying to do sto. We have batch automatic batch determination, We have enough stocks but not getting picked in the delivery. We tried to create sales order for which automatic batch determination is there. Still the same porblem. We have maintained all the setting for the batch determination and working fine since a long time.

Following are the error message we are getting.

"The available quantity of batch xxxxxxxxxx was corrected to 0.000 NOS''.

Please help us if you have come accorss anything like this.

Dear Lakshmipathi,

Following is the error message we are getting when we enter batch manually in delivery.

Only 0.000 NOS of material 92062 040CI07195 available

Message no. VL150

At order level we are getting

Message no. LB046

Following can be possibilities:

A) No stocks of the material exist anywhere in the entire plant. Therefore, nothing can be withdrawn.

B) Only the specified storage location does not contain any stocks of the material. Therefore, nothing can be withdrawn.

C) The material exist in the specified storage location on the current day, however, it is unavailable, because of other reservations.

D) The message represents a warning which you can ignore by pressing the ENTER key.

Dear Prakash,

Thank you for the reply.

As you suggested,

A) We have posted enough stock in the plant with different batches many times.

B) Enough stock is there in the specified storage location.

C) As this is a new plant there is no possibility of reservations, still we checked in MD04 and Co09 but there are no reservations except the delivery we created.

D) This is not a warning message, this is error message and not letting us to go further.

Awaiting for any other inputs.

We are using SAP 5.0 ECC.

The notes you have suggested belong to the lower vesrions.

Most probably, your issue should get resolved with the last note. Update the forum.

Hello Sri

Are you using APO (SCM) for ATP check and so on.

If so, check out these OSS notes:

1082850 - msg LB 046: "The available qty of batch...corrected to 0"

1293843 - LB 046: "The available quantity...was corrected" in delivery
