Communication channel alerts

Hi,

We have a ccms system. I would like to know for a specific communication channel whther any alerts has been setup.

I assume normally alerts would be generic across any communication channel errors.

If yes, please guide where to check and the necessary steps.

Regards

Krish

Simple way would be configure the channel so that it throws an error. If you receive a mail, it would mean that alerts are configured

e.g. file sender polling on a non-existent directory.

Prateek,

These are production ones and any alerts raised would be going to third party support group.

We wanted to see whether any alerts has been setup for this channel and check whether the alerts are reaching them.

Also to add up, the comms channel which we use are OFTP adapter which was provided by Seeburger. All I can see in CCMS is that it has messages for SOAP, File and JDBC.

I wanted to know whether there is a generic adapter channel alerts setup or not.

How do we chek this?

Check the GRMG settings to see the components
