Could you please explain about Availability Check and how to configure the availability check in Sales & Distribution?

I have been gone through with SDN but i coudnt find proper document.

Sorry not acceptable. Even in help.sap, you can find inputs. Where exactly you stuck up ?? Please be specific in your question.
