permission for WD iview

hi,

I have created one portal role and provided permission for super admin and end user group

I have two WD iviews, 1 of them inherits from the parent folder(which is having same as above role), and other iview got permission for the super admin only.

these two iviews are added to the above role as a delta link.

but when seen by the user (who got only role to the above) can see both the iveiws,

Any sugestions y and how to aviod it?

other Qs : is it possible to define safety levels for the WD iviews and how?

You can do this by defining two roles and setting merge properties.

Role A: with permissions for sys admin and everone else would have only the iview that everyone can see

Role B: with permissions for Sys admin only would have the iview that only sys admin can see.

By setting merge peroperties and names etc.. correctly when role A is assigned to everyone and role B is assigned only to sys admin group I think you will get the results you are looking for.
