Communication Channel error

Hi

I get this error in Communication channel monitoring.

File adapter receiver channel CC_XYZ_File_Receiver_01 is not initialized. Unable to proceed: null

What does it mean and how do I proceed ?

check if the comm channel is inactive,

if inactive , make it active and , make a dummy change and active.

Edit the CC and go to description just give a small space and delete the space again and then save activate the channel.

Do a cache refresh and make a small change in the description and reactive the communication channel.

1. Do dummy changes in CC_XYZ_File_Receiver_01 communication channel and activate it.

2. Do cache refresh.

Restart the File adapter service from Visual Admin / NWA.
