Goods Receipt Issue

Dear Expertise ,

I have a problem for sample GR , earlier my material was coming as regular GR after Sample & Pilot GR but now its coming againe as a sample GR , while it has reguralised.

Please let me know how to resolve.

I will appreciate if you help .

Hi,

Check the q-info record for this material and vendor combination. Firstly check if there is a status profile assigned against the q-info record. If there is a status profile assigned then check what the current status is and what the assigned inspection type is for that status in SPRO - Quality Management -> QM in Logistics -> QM in Procurement ->Define status of supply relationship -> assign delivery status for inspection type.

If that is not the case then also check the material master settings. It could be a possibility that inspection type 0101 is set as the preferred inspection type.

It depends upon the sequence that has been customized.If you reject the lot then it again goes to Re-approval status.

Check the customization.
